Frontier® Co-Op brings to you Organic Whole Milk Thistle Seed that you can use in a variety of ways. For example, grind the seeds in a coffee grinder or spice mill and add them to shakes or cereals. You could also encapsulate the ground seed yourself, making a homemade milk thistle supplement. To prepare milk thistle tea, add one cup of boiling water to one teaspoon of ground seeds and steep for 15 minutes. And finally, the whole seeds can be toasted and added to salads, breads and cereals. USDA organic and non-irradiated.
