Description
Harvested from the ocean, kelp is a type of sea vegetable that often appears in Asian cuisine. It is called a “green superfood” because of its high content of iron, calcium, magnesium and iodine. Iodine, a natural element that is essential to thyroid health, is difficult to find in most of the foods we eat.
