Nordic Naturals fish oils are tested for environmental toxins by a third party in order to ensure that no heavy metals, PCBs, or dioxins are contained in the gels.
The gel capsules contain 20 calories, 2 grams of total fat, and 0.1 gram of saturated fat. The active ingredients include Omega-3s in the triglyceride form, Vitamin D3, DHA, EPA, and Oleic Acid. Two soft gels of ProOmega D should be taken every day with food, and the gels are coated with natural lemon flavor for easy consumption.
